Yes. Swimmer profiles are private by default. PB Pathway does not create public swimmer profiles, public child rankings or shareable public report links.

Where do qualifying times come from?
Qualifying standards are added through approved sources or admin imports, with source details where available.
Is PB Pathway connected to Swim England?
PB Pathway is independent. Approved data access is being explored, but PB Pathway does not claim a governing-body connection or endorsement.
Is Swim England membership matching available now?
Not yet. Swim England membership matching is planned for Pro Parent. The aim is for a parent to enter the swimmer's Swim England membership number so PB Pathway can help fill relevant swimmer details and reduce manual setup.
Can I track short course and long course times?
Yes. PB Pathway keeps short course and long course results separate so PBs and standards context stay clear.
Can I add results manually?
Yes. Parents can add race results manually, or use Smart Result Entry to structure plain-English result text for review before saving.
Can I track more than one swimmer?
Free lets you start tracking manually with one swimmer. Pro Parent supports families who want multiple swimmers, Meet Mode, AI Insights and reports.
What are WA points?
WA points are calculated performance context for comparing swim quality across events where suitable reference data with clear source details is available. They are used only as supporting context.
What is Standards Pathway?
Standards Pathway shows how entered PBs compare with available County, Regional and National style targets, with source context where available.
What does ranking context mean?
Ranking context means county, regional or national perspective where approved data is available. It is coming soon and will not be a public leaderboard or named comparison with other children.
Does this replace a swimmer's club or coach?
No. PB Pathway helps parents understand logged data and progress context. It sits alongside coaching, not in place of it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro Parent can be monthly or yearly, and parents can downgrade when they need to.
