The biggest reason families upgrade is target context: seeing how close each PB is to the next County, Regional or National target without checking published times by hand. Pro also reduces the admin swim families often build themselves: spreadsheets, screenshots, notes, scattered result history and repeated manual comparisons. Pro improvements being explored, subject to data access and approval, include Swim England membership matching. This is not live today and would need suitable permission before it could reduce manual setup. The annual plan saves about £31/year compared with monthly.
You can cancel Pro through the billing portal where available. Cancelling stops future Pro billing.
Cancelling Pro does not automatically delete swimmer profiles or saved race results. Your account returns to Free access after Pro ends.
If a charge looks wrong, email support@pbpathway.co.uk. Refund requests are reviewed through support rather than promised automatically.
Payments and subscription management are handled through secure checkout. Pro can be cancelled through the billing portal where available, and cancelling stops future Pro billing. After Pro ends, your account returns to Free access and Free limits apply again. Saved swimmer and race data is not automatically deleted when Pro is cancelled. Contact support@pbpathway.co.uk if something looks wrong with a charge. Subscription features stay private inside the swimmer dashboard and do not create public swimmer profiles, social features or public swimmer leaderboards. Standards and calculated WA points use reference data with clear source details where available. Ranking context is coming later when approved data is ready. PB Pathway does not imply endorsement by any governing body. AI Insights are based on the data entered into PB Pathway. They are for performance reflection only and do not replace advice from a qualified coach.
