If you want to request deletion, correction or a copy/export of your PB Pathway account, swimmer or race data, contact support from the email linked to your account where possible. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. We aim to respond within 7 days.

Deletion is not instant or self-serve yet. Swimmer and race data can be deleted on request, but limited billing or accounting records may need to be retained where required. Exports may be provided as CSV or another reasonable format.

  • For billing questions, include the account email, date and what looks wrong.
  • For data requests, contact us from the account email where possible.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened.
  • Whether the issue blocks you from continuing.
  • Whether any screenshot contains private swimmer data.
