Compared, honestly

Mostly ticks, because the coaching genuinely does not move between tiers. Nothing is removed from a smaller plan to make a larger one look better.

No capacity on this page is enforced in the product today. They describe the shape of the packaging so a club can tell whether it fits before anything is decided.

Before you decide

What happens during the 14 days?

Everything. The trial is not a reduced version: you get the whole product for your whole club, with no card, no capacity check and nothing switched off. The point is that you find out whether your coaches use it, which a cut-down trial cannot tell you.

What happens when the trial ends?

PB Coach stops letting you work, and your data stays exactly where it is. Nothing is deleted, nothing is exported anywhere, and everything comes back the moment a plan is in place. You keep access to your account settings throughout so you can sort the subscription out.

Do we have to move off our club management system?

No, and we would rather you did not. PB Coach does not do membership, subscriptions, billing, your website or governing-body administration. It sits beside whatever you use for those.

How do our swimmers get in?

Paste a list. Names, and an age group or birth year if you have them, from a spreadsheet or your club system's export. That gives every swimmer a club record you can coach against straight away. Connecting a record to a family's own PB Pathway account is separate, and it is always the account holder who approves it.

Is any of our data imported automatically?

No. Nothing is scraped and nothing is fetched from anywhere. Meet programmes are pasted from what the host sent you. If moving something across would help, say so on the walkthrough and we will do it with you on the call.

Who sees a child's data?

Your staff, scoped to their squads, and only for swimmers whose account holder approved the connection. A coach cannot search for a child, cannot see a full date of birth, and cannot write to a swimmer's race results at all. A staff-only note has no representation in a family's account.

What support is there?

The setup walkthrough on every plan, and a help centre inside the product. Performance adds priority support and Federation adds a named contact. We do not currently offer a phone line, and saying so is more useful than implying one.

Can we change plan later?

Yes. The tiers are capacity, not capability, so moving between them changes what fits rather than what works.
